Dear My Raspberry Pi Cluster,

It’s not you, it’s me.

You’ve been a faithful companion, quietly humming away in my corner, teaching me the ropes of Kubernetes and giving me a first taste of a real homelab. Together, we’ve explored pods and services, tinkered with metal server configurations, and I’ve learned more about cluster orchestration than I ever imagined. You’ve served your purpose perfectly. Truly.

But… things have changed.

You tried your best, but I need more than what you can give. You’re just not powerful enough for the workloads I’m dreaming of. Your SD cards—so fragile, so slow—made every upgrade feel like a gamble. And let’s be honest, the heat issues? They were getting… a bit intense.

It’s not a reflection on you. You were a stellar homelab setup, reliable and endearing, and I’ll always remember the lessons you’ve taught me. But I’ve met someone new: a mini PC. Sleek, efficient, and ready to handle the demands I’ve been craving.

So this is goodbye, little cluster. Thank you for the late-night debugging sessions, the first successful Helm deployments, and for introducing me to the world of Kubernetes. You’ll always have a special place on my desk—and in my heart.
